Day 6 Immersed
In today’s journey I was struck by how varied our encounters with other Peregrinos has been. We have communed with people from all over the world- England, Scotland, Ireland, Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Canada, America, Australia, China, Taiwan, Korea and more. We see the same people over and over again. Sometimes it’s just a waive or a nod, other times it’s an extended conversation. What strikes me is that even with our differences the Camino unites us. Today’s gentle route through fertile farmlands fostered a sense of community for all who journey the path. It gave me hope.
