Day 6- Disclaimer
As my memory begins to fail me, I rely on this blog to capture the essence of my 3 journeys on the Camino. Without this recording my thoughts would fade into oblivion forever forgotten. I could never remember what I have seen, felt and experienced. Disclaimer- this blog is for me. That people follow along and leave comments is a huge bonus and profoundly inspirational. As I write this primarily for myself and I am flattered anyone would read it (through I am grateful they do), I suspect it can be quite boring at times. It’s just the musings of an old man wandering lonely…. Lumbering along, I try to find wonderment out of the world around me, in both nature and things man made . Slowing down life like I do on the Camino sensitizes me to the little fleeting encounters and ideas. I am not Tom Cruise and the Camino is not Mission Impossible but I expect you already knew that. Just know I am aware this blog at times is hard to get through. Thanks for sticking with this. I need your support.
Camino signs take all forms
My waterproof Altra Lone Peaks keep my feet dry but can’t do much about the mud. Turn up the volume for the video below for a true Camino experience.
